Lime Lantern Daiquiri
Ingredients
- 10 oz Frozen BACARDI® Mixers Strawberry Daiquiri Mix (1 can)
- 1 cup BACARDI® Gold Rum
- 1 1/2 cups cubed fresh watermelon
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 4 cups ice
- 3 limes (for garnishes)
- 6 tsp BACARDI® 151 Rum

Cut 3 limes in half. Use a citrus press or reamer to extract the juice from the lime halves. Set aside both the lime shells and the fresh lime juice.

Into a high-speed blender, add the frozen BACARDI® Mixers Strawberry Daiquiri Mix, BACARDI® Gold Rum, cubed watermelon, reserved fresh lime juice, and ice. Blend on high for approximately 20 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth and reaches a perfect frozen daiquiri consistency.
