Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup International Delight Almond Joy creamer
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup hot fudge topping (I used Hershey’s)
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • Coconut flakes, additional sliced almonds, hot fudge topping (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Whip heavy whipping cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form.
  2. Gently pour in the International Delight Almond Joy creamer and continue mixing until fully combined and smooth.
  3. Carefully fold in the sweetened condensed milk until the mixture is uniform and airy.
  4. Transfer half of the ice cream mixture into a freezer-safe container with a lid.
  5. Stir the hot fudge topping until it’s nice and loose. If it’s too thick, you can gently warm it for a few seconds, but ensure it cools completely before using to avoid melting the ice cream mixture.
  6. Drizzle half of the prepared hot fudge topping over the ice cream in the container, and sprinkle with half of the sliced almonds.
  7. Using a knife or skewer, gently swirl the hot fudge and almonds into the ice cream mixture to create marbled patterns.
  8. Carefully pour the remaining half of the ice cream mixture into the container, layering it over the first swirled layer.
