You’ll only need three kitchen staples to make this peel-off mask: corn flour, turmeric, and water. Corn flour has a decent amount of protein and nutrients that are good for the skin. It’s perfect for people with oily or acne-prone skin. Corn flour contains minerals and nutrients that can help your skin stay healthy, even, smooth, vibrant, and soft. Turmeric, on the other hand, can heal and relax your skin due to its natural anti-inflammatory properties.
Corn flour/ Cornstarch
In a clean bowl take 1/4 tablespoon of turmeric and 1/2 tablespoon of corn flour. Additionally, add water to mix all the ingredients into a runny consistency. Now, heat the mixture for 5-10 seconds till it slightly thickens.
Firstly, apply powder to your skin and then apply a medium layer of this peel of mask on the affected areas. Let it dry for 15 minutes and then gently peel off the mask. Wash your face with cold water and apply some aloe gel with rose water to soothe the area.
