Honey Mask For Sensitive Prone Skin (7/12)

Oatmeal is commonly used to treat irritated or sensitive skin. Eczema and psoriasis sufferers benefit from the calming properties. This mask is suitable for acne-prone skin that is easily irritated or sensitive, thanks to the anti-inflammatory properties of oatmeal and the antibacterial components of honey.

  • 1 tablespoon manuka honey
  • 2 tablespoons cooked oatmeal 

Combine the honey and oatmeal in a thick paste and apply to the face or irritated skin with your fingertips. Enable 15-20 minutes for the mask to dry before removing with warm water.
