Honey Mask For Aging Skin (8/12)

Lutein is present in eggs and helps to hydrate and regenerate skin tissue. Honey’s moisture-retaining properties, combined with the firming properties of egg whites, create a dynamic duo for aged skin. When you combine these with the cellular help that a few drops of frankincense offer, you’ve got a mask that’s filled with skin-strengthening properties.

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 drops frankincense essential oil

Apply the egg white and honey to the face and neck, then apply the frankincense. Ignore the area around the eyes.

The frankincense’s fragrance also has a soothing effect, so sit back and relax while the mask works its magic. Remove with warm water after 10-15 minutes and apply serum or moisturizer to face.
