Coffee yes. But it is not the latte, cappuccino, frappe, creamy and sugared varieties, if possible sugar-free and plain ones. Our suggestion is for Turkish coffee. Why coffee? If you drink coffee at least half an hour or an hour before the exercise, you will gain vitality and also prevent fatigue during exercise. In addition, coffee accelerates fat burning and metabolism, relieves muscle pain.
