If you don’t mind spending some time in the kitchen and you can use kitchen tools, that’s okay. Smoothie varieties are a good pre-workout resource; but what you add is important. It’s okay as long as you don’t add too much sugar. You can prepare fresh fruits and nuts from home in a few minutes by throwing them into the robot. Our suggestion is the banana and walnut smoothie, because it’s an energy bomb.
