Honey Face Mask For Inflammation (or Sensitive Skin) (3/12)

Green tea and honey are two anti-inflammatory ingredients that can help with skin redness and inflammation [source]. This calming mixture is gentle enough for sensitive skin (if you’re concerned, do a patch test). Both ingredients are strong antioxidants that battle free radicals and help to repair skin harm.

  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder 
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sweet almond or jojoba oil

In a small cup, whisk together the matcha powder, honey, and oil. (If you don’t have matcha powder, use the leaves from a green tea bag.) Apply it to your face and leave it on for 15 minutes before rinsing it off with warm water.
