A sedentary life is particularly harmful for our muscles and general health. When it comes to the muscle issue, as we all know, our muscles begin to lose their former strength as we get older, especially if we live a sedentary life, it means we have swallowed the pill. If you say it is almost impossible for me to be active due to my job, then our suggestion is to stand up and act every hour.
