You know, you just had that little storage container you could put in your gym bag. You can add a few walnuts, hazelnuts or almonds while you put raisins in that bowl. Nuts are more beneficial than the incredibly sugary and tricky granola bars sold in supermarkets or gyms. As long as you do not overdo it in your amount, you will store plenty of energy, prevent quick hunger, and feel fit for the rest of the day.
