Oatmeal does not have a specific taste, nor is it very tasty. But we do not curl up immediately, we try different methods. You can make porridge by boiling oats with semi-skimmed milk, for once, the oats will also soften. You can chop the fruits at home in cubes and add them to this porridge or mix them into yogurt and eat them immediately and go to the gym. Yogurt is also probiotic, by the way;)
