In the 5th item, we said probiotic or something, we were left incomplete. Economical yogurt, which is definitely on the corner of Turkish tables, is an ideal alternative before workout. You can throw a few cubes of fruit in it and eat it practically. You can also add oatmeal in it; two birds with one stone;) It also runs the intestines, you can easily get rid of the excess.
