They taste like ice cream, look and feel like ice cream, and are delicious when eaten. You can be sure that any café selling juices and smoothies will also offer acai bowls.

Acai bowls were first popularized for their superfood ingredient, acai berry. They have since become a common staple. They’re packed with antioxidants and are a favorite among fitness enthusiasts. But do acai bowls really have any health benefits?

I prefer to chop all fruits and nuts to prevent them from melting.

Blend The Acai

Blend half an avocado, honey, agave, frozen banana, and frozen mixed fruits. Blend until smooth. Add the frozen acai packet to your mixture and blend again.

Add the acai to the frozen bowls, top, and eat immediately!
