In the show in the episode, she admitted that she was not satisfied with the result of her cosmetic surgery and wished to return to her natural self.

Kitaen claimed that she’s had 6 breast augmentations and has altered the size and shape of her breasts following her birth to her children. She was a bit overwhelmed by the procedures and asked that they be removed.

After it was discovered that Kitaen’s plastic surgery for breast implants went wrong and the surgeons had to use leeches to completely remove some of the dead tissue that was forming on her chest and to increase circulation, the procedure changed dramatically. Although leeches were extensively used in traditional medical practices, they are not widely utilized in modern times.

Kitaen claims that she didn’t experience any pain from the procedure. Still, she was surprised when she first heard about the procedure. Kitaen was determined to avoid implanting, which is why the doctors could effectively fix her breasts with her own tissue when the implants had been removed.

The actress posted a post-photo on Twitter and expressed her happiness with her actual body shape and that she’s finally free from fake surgery.

In the “Botched” Episode, Tawny Kitaen stated that having the implants removed could increase living quality. She explained that the augmentations fell across the mesh resting at the bottom of her rib cage.

The actress said she was unsure what to do if the doctors were unwilling to accept her decision to reverse cosmetic surgery. Kitaen’s implant detachment and reconstruction proved to be a huge success, and she was the happiest she’s ever had.
